Over the past few months, the Country Club has attempted to trap the wild hogs causing substantial damage to the golf course. Unfortunately, the trapping attempts have proven unsuccessful. The Club has sent a letter to the HOA stating they (the Club) has applied for and obtained the proper permits to hunt the wild hogs using firearms at night. The hunters will be out on the golf course property between the hours of 4:30-6:00 am and 8:00-11:00 pm, starting Thursday July 8, 2010, until the animals are under control. This has been approved by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. The Club has stated the hunt is limited to the driving range and is a substantial distance from any residences.

Meetings are held during the TAC Meeting on Wednesdays in the Club House. We had a representative from the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office to provide the necessary guidance as well as answering questions. Thanks to all who are participating.

To make your first visit as a new resident go smoothly, please come to the front guard house M-F from 8:30 AM- 4:30 PM. This is the Lithia Pinecrest entrance. You will need a copy of your closing statement or a copy of your lease agreement and a picture ID. This will enable us to issue a bar code for your vehicle and complete the registration process. We look forward to meeting you.
